14 days from receiving in new condition. We cannot accept used bags

All our bags come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bag, it doesn’t fit well, or you’re just not happy with it, you get your money back. No ifs and no buts.

Here is how it works:

- Send us an email at post(at)gramm-tourpacking.com explaining why want to return your bag or product
- We might ask you to send us some photos to understand your problem and we’ll do our best to solve it for you
- We will ask you to send the bag at your own expense to our Gramm workshop in Berlin
- After a positive quality check of your bag your refund will be issued
