For custom color bags / Made to measure bags

Please send us your requests via Email at
post (at) gramm-tourpacking.com or use the inquiry form under the products. All Gramm Tourpacking bags are crafted in our workshop in Berlin, Germany. The avarage waiting time for bags is about 3 weeks. When we start to craft your bag (approx. 2 weeks after your order) you’ll get the invoice via Email. When your bag is payed it is ready for dispatch and you’ll get the DHL tracking number for your parcel.

But please note!
Gramm Tourpacking is a very small company and we are giving 100% to craft the perfect and unique bag for every customer! Therefore the time table (of three weeks) can sometimes change a little bit. In this case we will inform you in advance!

For Shop bags

All orders are fulfilled at our workshop in Berlin, Germany within 5 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during vacations). We work Monday to Friday and not on German public holidays. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final shipping confirmation.

• Payment in advance when we are starting to craft your bag and you got your invoice

• Payment via Bank transfer or Paypal

• For Non-EU countrys no German taxes
  Please notice: Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Gramm-Tourpacking ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we don't collect VAT, duties or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot know what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more informations.

• For all legal transactions with Gramm Tourpacking applies the law of the Federal Republik of Germany and the European Union. Therefore please see AGBs .
  

For Shop bags

• We accept the Gramm Tourpacking - SHOP specified payment methods

• If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include the VAT / TAX rate of your country

• If your country is not a part of the EU, the price will not include VAT but will remain the same due to increased administration and shipping costs associated with international orders
